BOOKING
If the exact time slot you desire isn't available when booking online, please email Olivia to be added to the waitlist. Please note that your appointment is not officially booked until you receive an appointment confirmation email from Olivia. You will also receive a text message reminder the day before your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Olivia requires a credit card number to hold your reservation and at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Please note that once an appointment is booked–unless she hears otherwise–we’ll expect you to be there. Skipped appointments will be charged the full service fee to the credit card with which the appointment was booked.
